About Lindsay Peters

Lindsay, a native of Calgary, is a multifaceted professional who has seamlessly woven her passion for the arts, business acumen, and commitment to real estate into a dynamic career. Her journey began at Central Memorial High School, where she graduated with a Fine Arts Diploma with a major in Dance in 2007. Post-high school, Lindsay pursued her academic ambitions, earning a Diploma in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from SAIT in 2009. Undeterred by the challenges, she furthered her education at the University of Calgary, obtaining a Bachelor's in Communication and Culture with a minor in Anthropology in 2011. Lindsay's academic background laid a solid foundation for her diverse skill set. In 2013, Lindsay embarked on a new chapter by purchasing her first home, sparking a passion for real estate that would shape her future. Eager to broaden her horizons, she successfully completed her real estate licensing course in 2015. Lindsay's real estate journey is nothing short of impressive. Dubbed the "jack-of-all-trades," she brings nearly five years of behind-the-scenes expertise, encompassing marketing, advertising, client care, event planning, administration, and more. Simultaneously, Lindsay excels "front-of-house," working directly with buyers and sellers, navigating contracts, and providing invaluable advice in their best interests. Her swift success in a challenging economy is a testament to Lindsay's tenacity. In 2016, she secured the 2nd place at CIR Realty in the Partnership category with a previous real estate team. Lindsay consistently ranks as an 'Individual Top Producer' at her brokerage and has earned prestigious awards, including the 'Go Giver' Award (2016 & 2017), Mentorship Award (2018 & 2019), and the '1ForAll Award' for charitable contributions to AARCS. Beyond her professional accolades, Lindsay actively engages with her community. A dedicated volunteer, she participates in focus groups, serves on committees, and continuously seeks opportunities to give back. She also takes great pride in her fundraising initiatives. Lindsay prioritizes ongoing education, completing at least one course per month to stay at the forefront of industry trends. Recognized as an industry expert, Lindsay has been invited to speak on CIR Realty's 'Monday Morning Meeting' and contributes to industry mentorship groups. Her dedication, loyalty to clients, and commitment to excellence have solidified her reputation in the real estate realm. Outside her thriving career, Lindsay finds joy in her personal life. Whether at home with her husband Colton, her loyal dogs Tank & Maui, on the mountains snowboarding, running her fundraising initiative 'Finn + Friends,' or at the gym, Lindsay approaches every aspect of life with the same enthusiasm and dedication that defines her professional success. With aspirations to expand her business, knowledge, and reputation in the industry, Lindsay looks forward to each new challenge and the opportunity to provide exemplary, customized service to her clients along the way.
